Holiday house Seegasse - Holiday home Schmidt

Holiday in the Mecklenburg Lake District. The 2013 newly built, spacious holiday home is located in Untergöhren near the Flesensee. Cycling and hiking tours in the nature reserve, play golf on one of the most beautiful golf areas in Germany (three 18-hole and two 9-hole courses), the Fleesensee SPA in Göhren-Lebbin and the visit of charming places in the vicinity (Waren, Malchow) make Your vacation an experience. Our house is family friendly. 

House Schmidt:
The 2013 newly built cottage offers 100m² living space on the ground floor a kitchen with cozy sofa and fireplace (access to the furnished terrace), a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom shower / WC. On the upper floor are 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), a bathroom shower / WC and living area with sitting or TV corner (access to the balcony). Underfloor heating contributes to the well-being in the cold season. All bedrooms have insect repellent. Wooden barbecue and garaging for bicycles in a lockable shed. The property is fenced.

Schönes und ruhiges Ferienhaus

Ein schönes, sauberes und ruhiges Ferienhaus in Untergöhren. Die Ausstattung ist gut, vor allem die zwei Bäder sind mit mehreren Personen sehr praktisch. Im Winter kann man den Kamin im unteren Wohnbereich nutzen und im Sommer den Garten am Haus. Ein schöner See befindet sich direkt in der Nähe. Lediglich die fehlende Bettwäsche/Handtücher sind zu beachten, welche man gegen Aufpreis dazu buchen kann. Dies ist jedoch nicht unbedingt günstig. W-LAN ist ebenfalls nicht vorhanden. buchen muss.

Osterurlaub

Das Haus und die Umgebung waren prima, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ebenso. Das Haus war sehr sauber und auch die Ausstattung war gut. Die Matratzen könnten etwas bequemer sein und WLAN wäre gut. Ansonsten war es ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Jederzeit wieder gerne👌

Tolle Lage mit vielfältigen Ausflugs- und Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten

Ein sehr gemütliches Haus mit sehr gastfreundlichen und netten Vermietern. Leider kein W-Lan im Haus und derzeit gelegen in einem Bauentwicklungsgebiet. Allerdings rückt dies in den Hintergrund, wenn berücksichtigt, was die Region zu bieten hat.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Wir fanden das Haus wie beschrieben vor, gute Randlage, ruhig. Besonders gefiel die Wohnküche mit der umfangreichen Ausstattung. Auch die Terrassenmöbel nutzten wir jeden Tag. Im Gartenhaus fanden wir dann noch Grill, 2 Fahrräder, Wäschetrockner usw. - Ein Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen -

Alles sauber. Gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

Wie schon oben beschrieben, waren mir mit allem sehr zufrieden. Das Haus bzw. das Gelände liegt zwar direkt an der Straße aber die ist verkehrsberuhigt. Es sind auch 2 Leihfahrräder vorhanden. Was positiv zu bewerten ist.

Tolle Ferienwohnung, schöne Wanderwege

Optimal für 6 Personen, gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet, schöne Wanderwege , ein sehr gutes Hotelrestaurant in der Nähe gefunden. Auch eins der 2 Fahrräder wurde genutzt, was echt super war. Vielen DANK und wir kommen sicher wieder :-)

Wunderschönes langes Wochenende

Alles was man benötigen könnte ist da, es fehlt nichts! Das Haus ist sehr klug und in bester Qualität eingerichtet. Die Lage ist optimal für Ausflüge mit dem Rad oder Wanderungen. Als ausgesprochen gut erweist sich der Einsatz des Schuttelbusses, man kann damit kostenfrei und unkompliziert in die umliegenden Ortschaften, einschließlich Malchow gelangen. Fazit: Super

Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war alles vorhanden, auch ein Fön. Unsere Erwartungen wurden erfüllt und wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage. Auch wegen der Nähe zum See.

Tolles Haus auch für vier Erwachsene

Zustand des Hauses und des Inventares in Top Zustand, ebenso die Anzahl der Teller, Gläser und Besteck. Die Möglichkeit im Ort Brötchen zu kaufen haben wir leider nicht herausgefunden, war aber nicht schlimm. Schade war nur, dass es im Jahre 2019 leider noch keinen WLAN gibt. Ansonsten waren wir voll und ganz zufrieden.

Das Haus ist gross und gut geschnitten. Die Küche und das ganze Haus sind gut ausgestattet. Auch Liegen, Grill, alles in der Küche was man braucht. Es ist sehr sauber. Wir haben uns mit 2 Kindern und 4 Erwachsenen wohlgefühlt. Zum Wasser sind es nur ein paar Minuten, zur Badestelle mit Kinderspielplatz am Wasser entlang ca. 1 km. 2 Autos finden Platz.
