The apartment is located in a terrace house.
It is located on the top floor with a wonderful panoramic view over the lake to the mountains. It is only a few steps to the private bathing beach with lawn and bathing jetties. It is tastefully decorated and is mainly used by the owner himself. It has a large living room, a bedroom with a 2x2m double bed and fitted wardrobes, a dining room with an integrated kitchen, a bathroom with shower and. WC, as well as a hallway with shoe cupboards and wardrobe. A garage for a normal car is available. The last renovation took place in 2019. It is suitable for an occupancy of 4 people.

Urlaub in Montelago San Gottardo am Luganer See

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im obersten Stockwerk eines Terrassenhauses, auf der italienischen Seite des Luganer Sees. Sie ist äußerst liebevoll eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was man im Urlaub braucht. Die große Terrasse lädt zum Entspannen und Träumen ein. Von hier aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick über einen Teil des Sees auf das Dörfchen Morcote, weitere Orte und die umliegenden Berge. Bereits im Vorfeld hatte uns die Gastgeberin wichtige Informationen inkl. einer ausführlichen Wegbeschreibung geschickt. Auf dem Wohnzimmertisch lag eine Infomappe mit persönlichen, sehr detailierten Empfehlungen der Gastgeberin für Aktivitäten in der näheren und weiteren Umgebung. Leider reichte die Zeit nicht, um alles auszuprobieren und zu erkunden. Aber was wir erlebt haben, war wunderschön: Wandern in den Bergen, Essen in kuschligen Restaurants, Besuch von Lugano, Mailand, Como, Luino usw. Voller guter Erinnerungen fuhren wir nach Hause. Meine Frau und ich können den Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen.

Wohnung mit herrlichem Blick

Unser Aufenthalt war rundum schön. Der Ausblick auf den See einfach grandios. Die Terrasse ist riesig, der "Aufstieg" zur Wohnung lohnt sich. In der Küche ist alles was man braucht vorhanden. Betten sind sehr bequem. Man hat im TV alle deutschen Sender. Die Eigentümer sind super nett. In der Unterkunft lag ein Ordner mit super tollen Tipps, sehr liebevoll zusammengestellt. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Gute Erholung

Unsere Entscheidung haben wir kurzfristig vor dem Urlaubsbeginn getroffen. Der Inserat ist uns direkt ins Auge gefallen und hach der kurzen Überlegung haben wir die Wohnung gebucht. Und wir haben unsere Wahl nicht bereut. Kleiner privaten Strand mit einer Liegewiese (grün!) bietet auch die schattigen Ecken, wobei nachmittags prallt dort keine direkte Sonne. Kanu fahren, Stand-Up, Baden - alles ist möglich. Die Wohnung liegt zwar ganz oben, aber dadurch dass das Haus von 2 Seiten mit dem Wald umgeben ist, haben wir uns nie zu warm gefühlt (und draussen war es deutlich über 30 Grad). An der grossen Terrasse genießt man zu jeder Zeit einen schönen Überblick. Die Wohnung hat eine typische für Ferienanlagen Einrichtung. Noch ein paar Sachen zu erwähnen: es gibt kein W-Lan, weswegen muss man bei Mobilfunk aufpassen - Mobilfunksignal vo der Schweizerseite ist stärker! Roaminggebühr! Und das Andere - die Wohnanlage ist etwas älter (wo Autos noch klein waren) und in Italien sowieso alles eng und klein - also beim Fahren und Parken immer aufpassen.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Der Luganer See ist immer eine Reise wert. Phantastischer Ausblick von Wohnung und Terrasse. Gute Betten, zweckmäßige Einrichtung und der Weg zum See hält fit. Sehr gepflegter Zugang zum See. Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeitenin in fünf Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.
