The loft in the country - cosiness & design

Directly adjacent to the landscape protection area, surrounded by apple trees and meadows, is a converted farmhouse in a wonderful quiet location 5 minutes from the town center of Wangen.
The old house was lovingly converted into a 2-storey apartment. The attic with a height of up to 5.5m was designed for a loft-like large open space with an open kitchen.
Including in the 1st Floor there are 3 bedrooms with a bathroom with shower and bath. Use of the sauna can be booked on site from May.
A parlor on the ground floor can also be rented if required.

Bregenz Festival
Due to the proximity to Lake Constance, the walking Elitzer See, the mountains for hiking, the floodlit trail in Niederwangen, the proximity to the Arlberg and the Hochgrat, nothing stands in the way of a relaxing holiday.

Wunderbar!

Beautiful location not far from Wangen by car or foot (nice walk!). Gorgeous views from the 3rd floor windows. 3-story apartment, just as described. We had everything we needed, and then some. Kitchen is very usable. Host was super easy to communicate with, and helped us have a grill party for family one evening. Highly recommend. My husband and our two adult children had a wonderful stay. A fine place also for younger children.

Großzügige Loftwohnung/-haus auf dem Land

Toller heller, sehr hoher, großer Wohnraum mit offener Küche unter dem Dach. Trotz hohen Außentemperaturen nicht zu heiß, da gut gedämmt und quer zu lüften. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Uns fehlte eigentlich nur eine normale Kaffeemaschine (Filter zum aufgießen ist vorhanden. Die Schlafräume sind darunter in der 1. Etage. Stilisches Bad mit Begehbarer Dusche. 2. Toilette in der 2. Etage. Die Kleinstadt Wangen ist auch gut mit dem Fahrrad in 15 Minuten am Flüsschen entlang zu erreichen. Dort gibt es in der sehenswerten Altstadt nette kleine Geschäfte und viele Restaurants.
