Welcome to beach front condo 1503, located on the 15th floor, in the clean and modern Seychelles Condominium Tower. Take in the emerald blue green water and white sugar sand beach from your own private balcony. Enjoy both tranquil sunrises and colorful sunsets during your stay.
Fresh paint and new furniture create a modern, clean and fresh feel. Extra cabinet space in the main bedroom and living room, allows you to unpack and settle in during your extended stay. New mattresses (on all 4 beds), comforters, blankets and bed linens are sure to provide the comfort and relaxation necessary for a good night’s sleep. In the hallway there are wall hooks and a shoe cabinet to help create a clean, clutter free space for towels, clothes and shoes. Black out curtains in both the main bedroom and living room also ensure total darkness for a restful slumber.
Smart 55” Roku TV mounted to the wall with tilt and swivel capabilities allow for optimal viewing from the kitchen and dining table. Full kitchen with dinnerware, coffee mugs and pots/pans that are perfect for in-unit dining. Unit 1503 also provides an easy to use stackable washer/dryer for your convenience. Hallway bunk beds perfect for kids, but also large enough for adults. Additional queen sofa sleeper can allow for two additional guests, making a beach stay (for up to 6 people) very comfortable. Beach Service also available with this unit that includes two beach chairs and one beach umbrella for your “beachy”’ enjoyment! Beach Service available from March 1st to October 31st. There are also boogie boards, beach toys, floats and 2 extra chairs available in the closet for you to take down to the beach.
Seychelles is a popular tower because of its modern amenities that include FAST WIFI, premium cable TV with many of the popular movie channels and clean look and feel. There is a 3 level parking garage with luggage carts for easy arrivals/departures. This unit comes with 1 parking space included with your booking. **One additional parking permit may be allowed and is an additional $30 fee. Please contact us BEFORE you arrive to see if an additional spot can be reserved. This condo tower also has 3 spacious SUPERFAST elevators which provide easy access to the garage or to the pool /beach areas. An updated gym with new equipment, 2 outdoor pools (one heated) with adjoining jacuzzi round out the amenities at Seychelles.
Seychelles is located at the furthest south east side of Panama City Beach. This side of PCB is quieter and more relaxing. It is walking distance to the following highly rated Panama City Beach local attractions that are walking distance from the tower; St. Andrews park, Schooners Beach Restaurant (2 minutes), Sombreros Mexican Food (5 minutes), Patches Pub (10 minutes), Val's Diner (7 minutes) and 15 minutes away from the Grand Lower Lagoon Marina.

Hi Beach Lovers! We are the owners, Rebecca and Luis, of beach front condo 1503. We own this unit, with my Dad, Benjamin, and are relatively new owners. This is a family owned condo. We LOVE our condo and LOVE the beach front views and access.
Luis and I have 2 girls (ages 2 and 5). And my Dad, Benjamin is nearing retirement, and has his beautiful wife, Sylvia. We take turns staying in the condo and work together to make our beach front home comfy and inviting to all who stay with us.

Why they chose this property
We stay in our unit 6x a year and have over the past year put a lot of love and personal comforts into our condo, like extra cabinet space, wall hooks and recently a shoe cabinet. With two adults and two little girls, a family of four (or more) can get messy easily and quickly. We love to unpack and unwind, so I've enjoyed adding and using the extra storage throughout the unit. I also really love the stackable washer/dryer, which we use almost daily when we stay in our condo. Our unit also has super easy access to the beach and its own walk way beach access with showers to rinse the sand off your feet and body before you come back up to the unit. I also really love that one of the two pools is heated. So even in the cooler months, you can enjoy the sun, the sand and the gentle warm waters of our pool and jacuzzi.
What makes this property unique
I think something unique about our unit is the location. We are on the south east side of Panama City Beach (PCB) and so its quieter and more relaxing on this end of the beach. We are walking distance to restaurants (Schooner's, Sombreros, Vals Diner, Patches Pub and more) and Dollar General store. So once you arrive could have days where you wouldn't have to drive anywhere if you didn't want to. Just a super fast elevator ride down to the first floor and then a 2 minute walk to the steps of that amazing white sugar sand beach. This unit is the perfect combination of easy, fun and relaxing.
