Right at Disney Townhome

CLOSE TO DISNEY! Newly renovated townhome in gated community near Disney parks, Universal, Outlets, and other Orlando attractions! Only 6 miles to all Disney parks, 5 miles to the Premium Outlets, 10 miles to Universal Studios. This cozy and clean townhome offers 2 large Bedrooms, 1.5 Baths, laundry room and a spacious living area. A resort style swimming pool, picnic area, and a playground too! Parking spots are conveniently located in front of the unit. This is perfect for your vacation!

The space
My space is a 1200sq ft town home nicely decorated. It is big enough for you to feel comfortable and small enough to be cozy. It was my first home in Orlando, and I have enormous joy when I'm there. Being there still reminds me of the feelings of accomplishment I had when I bought it as my first home in the US.
I keep this place as if I were still living there because I want you to feel the same joy when you come visit.

WIFI - Right at Disney - password is my phone number, which you will also find on the kitchen's wall.
Gate code: given once check in is confirmed
Door Code: given once check in-is confirmed- to open the door just enter the code, to lock it just press the locker bottom. Please double check that the door is locked before you leave the house. A regular key to the door is available in case the battery of the digital locker dies during your stay.
For any key lost, a $25 fee will be charged.
Other things to note
1) There is a light weight stroller and a playpen in the closet of the master bedroom, and a high chair for your use while staying in the property.

2) If you buy anything online, please make sure you schedule delivery for ONLY during your stay and make sure it’s delivered at the door when you are at the property. There’s no concierge service or property office to handle your deliveries, so we will not be responsible for missing items.

3) Initial supply of essential amenities, such as soaps, toilet paper, paper towel etc will be provided.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1) Check Out is at 10am, a $15 will be charged per extra hour you stay. And these hours must be requested in advance to make sure we have time to clean the house for the next guests
2) please clean your dishes before you leave - wash pans by hand. Use dishwasher only for the other dishes If you are unfamiliar with the use of a dishwasher, please just wash the dishes by hand.
3) Please take the trash to the dumpster. From the front door make a left, left again by the stop sign, two rights at the next two stop signs. Also, please do not leave any perishable food.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Why they chose this property

As a little kid I dreamed about visiting Disney one day. And after much sacrifice, and already as an adult, I was able not only to visit Disney but also move to Orlando! When I moved here, I wanted Disney to be my backyard, and that is why I chose this location for my very first home in the US. This place has a lot of meaning to me, and I work really hard to keep updated and clean, so you can feel welcomed here as soon as you open the door! Beyond that, the location is unmatchable as it is at a very short walk from Walmart, gas stations, pharmacies, restaurants, outlets, and of course, at a very short drive to all Disney parks, Universal Studios, and many other attractions.

What makes this property unique

My property allows you to have a little bit of everything that Florida can offer: Themed parks, outlet shopping, nature: beaches and natural springs, and so much more. Plus, the gated community makes you feel safe, and the pool and playground allow you and your children to fully enjoy your vacation on those days when you just want to stay in.
