About this property

Only 1.4km. from the small town of S'Horta; near the road that connects S'Horta with Porto Colom, in the southeast of Mallorca. Beautiful sandy beaches such as the Cala Sanau and the coastal towns of Porto Colom and Cala D'Or are only a few minutes drive away.

Spacious finca spread over two levels. On the ground floor is the open plan living / dining room with access to the veranda and the pool and overlooking the coast in the distance. The kitchen is spacious and has a pantry. Household room next to the kitchen. Furthermore, the ground floor has a bedroom with two single beds and separate shower room. On the first floor are the three other bedrooms; all with bathroom in suite. A small bedroom with double bed and a compact shower room, a second bedroom with two single beds and shower room and the master bedroom with double bed, dressing room, bathroom with Jacuzzi, separate shower and access to a terrace overlooking the coast in the distance.
