The villa features a spectacular 7 x 3 meters chlorine outdoor pool, with a depth varying between 0.5 and 1.75 meters, suitable for both children and adults. Surrounded by a spacious solarium area with sun loungers, it is the perfect place to relax under the Mallorcan sun. The meticulously maintained garden offers a serene and private atmosphere. Additionally, it has a rustic furnished porch, ideal for outdoor meals or enjoying a barbecue with family or friends. For added convenience, the property includes an outdoor bathroom and shower. Children will have their own fun space in the playground with a slide. Parking is free and located outside the property.



Interiors:

The villa is distributed across 3 bedrooms, designed to ensure maximum rest. The master bedroom has a double bed and television, while the other two bedrooms offer two single beds each. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The property has two full bathrooms: one with a bathtub and another with a shower tray, both equipped with a hairdryer for added comfort.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove and dishwasher, allowing you to easily prepare your favorite dishes. For your entertainment and convenience, the villa offers satellite TV and high-speed WiFi, perfect for those who need to work remotely during their stay.

Felanitx is a picturesque town full of charm, with all necessary services such as supermarkets, gas stations, and restaurants. It is recommended to have a car to move around easily and discover the surroundings.

Please note:



In the Balearic Islands, there is a tourist tax called Ecotasa, which must be paid for each guest over 16 years old. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. Payment is made in cash on the day of arrival.
