This is a luxury basement apartment with a 75 inch TV and a 65 inch TV. Perfect for the guys and ladies to hang out or just relax. Two blocks away from train station. On-property parking for one car may be available on certain days . About 25 minutes from Manhattan and about 20 minutes to JFK/LaGuardia airports. Safe block with security cameras around the property. Self-check-in and checkout. This is a really cool apartment.
