Perfect stay

Perfect house and location for our large group. We loved the pool and the games in the house. Used the fire pit every night. Plenty of linens. Easy check-in-check out and quick answers to any questions I had. Will come back again!

House was good. Just a little worn and the lighting in the home is not great. Unfortunate that the ice machines were both not functioning. Kitchen was unorganized and some pans were dirty. Teenagers said the bunk beds were extremely uncomfortable and moved a lot. All other beds were quite comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it is a great location.

Fun in the sun!

We loved our stay at red sands in Santa Clara and will definitely be coming back! The house was right across from the pool and fully stocked with everything we needed. 8 adults and 5 kids stayed here comfortably and it was a great price for all the amenities

We had a wonderful time this weekend. There was plenty of room and so many things for everyone to do. We own 40 apartments and so we take pride on making sure everything is in top shape, so we wanted to make you aware of some things that need attention in this home. When we arrived, there was a terrible pet oder. We noticed the carpets were pretty dirty and could really use a good carpet cleaning throughout the house. That would really help with the oder. When we went out to the garage, there was a horrible mildew smell. It seemed to be coming from the utility room out there. One of the bedroom closet door upstairs is broken. None of the ice makers were working so we had to buy our own ice. One of the drawers in the fridge is broken as well as the bottom side door that holds catsup, mustard etc. Other than those items, the home is wonderful and we will definately stay there again. Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay! the beds were extremely comfortable and we loved that every bedroom had it's own bathroom. Kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed all the conveniences, especially being directly across from the water park. Highly recommend!

We have stayed here the past 2 years over spring break. It fits our family well. We love that it's across the street from the pool and slides. We love the large kitchen table, the fire pit and hot tub. The multiple bedrooms with attached baths is great. We have already booked it again for next spring break! We had to buy a few more rolls of paper towels and a box of tall kitchen bags. No ice maker, but we bought ice.

The house is great for families with lots of bedrooms with their own bathroom! The great room area was great and the kitchen was large and had everything you needed. The outdoor patio and hot tub were great too! Loved it!
