The property was excellent value for money. The apartment itself was newly refurbished, exceptionally clean and very well equipped. Its location was ideal, being close to the Old Port and within easy reach of all the local amenities.The only downside is that the apartment block itself is in desperate need of renovation and the communal areas are very tired. However, the owners were completely transparent about this and had advised us of the situation before our stay. This did not detract from the quality of the apartment itself, which was excellent.
