Brand new construction in 2022 - You will feel right at home in this 3 bedroom, 3 bath cottage with open floor plan just one block from the sound and 1/2 mile from the ocean. This cottage is perfect for groups of 8 or fewer and great for families! There are two bedrooms and two full baths with a large open living area on the main floor. The first floor has a separate bedroom and full bathroom with a family room and sleeper sofa. Both living areas have big screen SmartTvs and comfortable seating to relax after a day at the beach. Walk one block to the sound to enjoy the Bay Drive bike path or watch the Outer Banks sunset. Public dock and gazebo are just a short walk down the Bay Drive bike path.

We love the beach and the Outer Banks is our home away from home. We enjoy the slower pace of life, and the quiet and relaxing feeling we have when we can escape to this island town. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

Our home is new construction, a light, bright and relaxing beach cottage. The lay out is spacious with each bedroom having a full bathroom attached. We have two living areas so families can have space to relax after a fun day at the beach. The home is well stocked to meet your needs while away. We are only one block to the sound and the Bay Drive bike path for a morning or sunset walk along the sound. Bay Drive offers a public dock and gazebo a short walk away. Take a morning walk to the coffee shop at the end of the street. We are close to Hayman Park with a playground. A short drive to the ocean access. Close to restaurants and shopping.
