Erster Kontakt am Telefon sehr nett. Reservierung der Wohnung 4 Tage vor Ankunft. Angestellte machte sofort den Vorschlag, dass wir den Schlüssel im Tourismusbüro in Celerina abholen konnten, denn wir sind mit dem öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angereist
Gute Lage, ruhig, kein Verkehrslärm, Grünflächen auf 2 Seiten, Balkon
Schlüsselübergabe zuvorkommend, Empfangsgeschenk
sehr schöne Wohnung, alles vorhanden inkl. genügend WC Papier, Folien zum Einpacken, sogar noch Schuhlöffel, Bett-und Frotteewäsche wie in einem Hotel, sehr schönes Geschirr, Pfannen, schätzten die Nespressomaschine.
