The 60 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor and is suitable for up to four people. The apartment has a cozy living room with sitting area (the couch can be used as an extra bed for one person), TV and dining area and a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with a single bed. The separate kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. Bathroom with shower and toilet. The initial bed linen is included in the rental price, a towel package can be booked for a fee. For an occupancy of two people, only the bedroom with the double bed is available.
The comfortable apartment is located on the ground floor of a two-family house and is quiet, yet centrally located in the seaside resort of Heringsdorf. The fine sandy beach is about 10 minutes walk, shopping and a bakery are only 200 meters away. The center of Heringsdorf with numerous shops and restaurants can be reached in about 15 minutes. For your car a covered parking space is available. A private sitting area in the green and a shared barbecue area in the garden for all guests is also available. On-site you can rent bikes from the rental bike station at your landlord, you get 50% off the regular rental price.
