This house is located only 100 m from the beach Cala Santanyí in the Southeast of Mallorca. In a calm environment above the beautiful bay and surrounded by private villas makes this place to a fantastic holiday accommodation. In only a few minutes by car you reach the small and romantic village Santanyí, with its farmers market every Wednesday and Saturday. The southeast region of Mallorca is known for its calm tourism and its large amount of unspoiled and stunning turquoise colored bays, as well as for gastronomic offers and its diversity. What is in the villa?
Bed linen and towels are provided for guests. In the kitchen, there is a small set of basic spices and oil. Detergent, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also stored. If an article is no longer available, this article needs to be bought by yourself. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet paper rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Casa Aurora is a big house very close to the beach

Jasmina is the best ! What ever you need she is always helpful and doing her very best to satisfy your wishes. She has an answer on everything ! The towels in the showers need to be changed

Tolle Finca in TOP LAGE

In unmittelbarer Nähe sind zu Fuß tolle Restaurants und ein kleiner Supermarkt zu erreichen. Der Strand ist nur einmal den Berg runter (ca 150 Meter) entfernt. Unser Aufenthalt so schön, dass wir für nächstes Jahr gleich wieder gebucht haben! 2. Kaffeemaschine, sollten mehr als 7 Personen vor Ort sein. Der Pool war etwas zu sehr gechlort. Ansonsten Top!

Amazing week at this lovely property

There were 9 of us staying at this property. More than enough room for us to be together or to have our own private space. Excellent facilities, plenty of crockery etc. Comfortable beds, fans in all bedrooms,plenty of towels. Pool was the highlight for the kids. Very close to the beach. Lovely area, not too commercilised. We didnt hire a car but found local bus service very efficent. Also hired bikes from the local Spar for exploring. Would definetely recommend

Genau richtig!

3 Familien, 9 Kinder. Alle hatten Platz. Alle fühlten sich wohl. Genug Privatsphäre, genug um in kleinen Gruppen oder als ganzes Rudel beisammen zu sein. Die Lage zum Strand ist perfekt Die Lokale in der Gegend wirklich gut. Einzig der Großeinkauf muss mit dem Auto erledigt werden. Positiv hervorzuheben ist auch die herausragend schnelle Reaktionszeit der Vermieter. Überzug einer Liege zerrissen - 1/2 Tag später ist ein neuer da. Waschmaschine hat Makken - Techniker kommt am selben Tag. Empfehlenswert. Als Leidenschaftlicher Koch wünsche ich mir mehr Küchenutensilien

Schöne Unterkunft mit Pool in Strandnähe

Positiv ist der schöne Pool und die zumindest während Corona sehr ruhige Lage in direkter Nähe zum Strand sowie Restaurants am Strand und einem kleinen Laden. Grundsätzlich sind die meisten Zimmer eher klein und ohne Kühlung, was gerade in wärmeren Nächten von Nachteil ist, da auch kein Fliegen-/ Mückenschutz vor den Fenstern (das wäre sehr zu empfehlen) angebracht ist um nachts lüften zu können. Ventilatoren in den Zimmern sorgen aber für eine Mindestkühlung. Bäder, Einrichtung im Haus und auf der vorderen Terrasse ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Die Küche mit dem davorliegenden Außenbereich ist groß und gut nutzbar. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, die Kommunikation mit Agentur und auch Eigentümer zu den Einschränkungen durch die Erklärung zum Corona-Risikogebiet lief sehr gut und konstruktiv.
