Baierbach am Simssee, a beautiful piece of earth in the pre-Alpine region.
Our two 55sqm apartments are on the outskirts of this small Bavarian village.

The Simsseeloft comprises two exceptional holiday accommodations, each of which can accommodate up to 4 people. On the associated terrace you can let your eyes wander over the meadows and fields and enjoy the sun's rays until sunset. The simple architecture combined with the fantastic view of the Wendelstein, the fields and the grazing cows offers the best conditions for relaxing, enjoying and being happy.
The beautiful Simssee is only about 1000 meters away and can also be reached on foot via a very beautiful hiking trail. In a few minutes you can reach the wonderful Chiemsee and the mountains!

The loft lives from the clear colors and shapes.
The contrast of the simple architecture in combination with the stylish interior, warming wood and historical building materials give the quarter a cozy feel-good atmosphere. A separate wooden terrace extends the already spacious Simsseeloft into the garden - Wendelstein view included!
In addition to a colorful painting, there is only one work of art: nature, with all its facets, is staged through the floor-to-ceiling windows.

Next to the entrance area is the cozy bedroom with a double bed and an old farmers cupboard. Opposite is the stylish bathroom with a golden mirror, historic peasant dresser and a floor-level shower with subtle gray mosaic tiles. If the large bed is not enough for all overnight guests, a second camp is quickly set up on the comfortable sofa bed in the separate living room with kitchen.

The Simsseeloft comprises two 55 sqm vacation rentals Loft "Bergwärts" and Loft "Weideblick".
Here we offer you the "Bergwärts" loft.
(The loft "Weideblick" can only be booked through us privately or through ebay classified ads.)

Architecture:
The simple cube was added to our home as an independent building in ecological wood construction. The window front, which is over 10 meters long, stretches from room to ceiling and framelessly across the entire southwest side of the district, so that the view is almost limitless.
The two lofts are also comfortably warm in winter thanks to the high-quality ecological insulation and modern underfloor heating. The simple architecture and the linear design in combination with the larch wood facade is the ideal accommodation for those who are looking for something a little out of the ordinary.

Access to every 55 sqm apartment is via a separate entrance. The hallway, bathroom and bedroom are friendly and bright due to the floor-to-ceiling windows. The highlight is the light-flooded living room with modern kitchen, old farm table and comfortable sofa.

The black, puristic kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy.
(Induction hob, dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer, capsule coffee machine, milk frother, toaster, filter coffee, espresso pot and all kinds of kitchen utensils.)

Recreational amenities
Whether swimming and sailing on Lake Chiemsee or Simssee,
Hiking, skiing, mountain biking in the mountains or sightseeing (Salzburg, Munich) - here you will find the best conditions for a relaxing and varied holiday!

In addition, there are 5 thermal or Indoor swimming pools (Rosenheim, Bad Aibling, Bad Endorf, Prien and Wasserburg)
The beautiful Innstadt Rosenheim, with its pastel-colored houses, is only a few kilometers away.
