Gute Unterkunft für zwei Personen

Netter Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Wenn es uns nochmals in die Richtung verschlägt, gerne wieder . Das Einzige was nicht so schön war, war ein Bahnübergang in der Nähe mit langen Wartezeiten in Verbindung mit einer Baustelle im Ort, der Gelegentlich unsere Zeitplanung torpediert hat. Da kann aber der Vermieter nichts für.

Insgesamt ok

Wohnung war eher sauber. Was mir nicht gefallen hat, dass das Geschirr etc. in gefühlt 20 Schubladen und Schränken verteilt war und man sich alles zusammensuchen musste. Im Schlafzimmer war das Laminat nicht korrekt verlegt. Es waren große Spalten zwischen den einzelnen Elementen, so dass Verletzungsgefahr bestand. Auf der Couch und den Stühlen waren Flecken. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung eher in altmodischen Zustand. Auf dem Bett habe ich schlecht geschlafen und Rückenschmerzen bekommen, genau wie auf der unbequemen Couch. Kommunikation mit dem Inhaber war sehr mühevoll, da entweder gar nicht geantwortet wurde, oder erst nach sehr langer Zeit. Sonst waren wir zufrieden. Empfehlen würde ich die Wohnung trotzdem nicht.

Angenehme Wohnung in prima Lage

Angenehm große Wohnung mit allem was man braucht: gut eingerichtete Küche, ausreichend Platz für 2 Personen, auch für 3 geeignet. Große Terrasse, ruhiges Haus. Rund herum gelungen.

Gemütliche Wohnung

Es war wunderschön, in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse.In 10 Minuten auf der A8 nach München oder Salzburg. Ein grosser Edeka Laden 300 m entfernt.Eine sehr schöne Küche mit grossem Kühlschrank, leider kein Gefrierfach. Ein gemütliches Bett, haben gut geschlafen. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, sehr nette Vermieter und ausgesprochen freundlich. Handtücher waren reichlich vorhanden. 50 km von München und Kufstein entfernt, Berge sind einige zu sehen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Fijne week gehad

Huisje was van alle gemakken voorzien. Winkels op loopafstand. Nabij uitvalswegen. Rolluiken voor alle ramen en witte vitrage. Bij het slaapkamerraam hing nog een wit rolgordijn. Erg blij met de wasmachine.

Prima Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Fast alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden, wie es in der Beschreibung des Anbieters beschrieben ist. Genutzt hatten wir die Wohnung eigentlich überwiegend zum Aufenthalt am Morgen und Abend. Den restlichen Tag über waren wir fast täglich unterwegs. Man sollte allerdings bedenken, daß die Wohnung in einem Wohngebiet liegt und somit die Geräusche der anderen Mieter auch zu hören sind. Ebenso die, vom nahegelegenen Sportplatz der nicht weit entfernten Schulanlage. Auch läuft direkt eine Verkehrsberuhigte Anliegerstraße ( 30iger Zone ) an der Terrasse vorbei. Leider halten sich viele nicht daran... Wenn die nächste Investition für die Wohnung geplant ist, sollte als erstes an das Bad gedacht werden 😉 Vielleicht vorab schon mal die Stange für den Duschvorhang erneuern. Aber wie schon eingangs gesagt : Ein gutes Preis / Leistungsverhältnis und unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen. Vielen lieben Dank auch noch einmal an die supernette Vermieterin und das tolle Gastgeschenk. Der Kaffee war überaus lecker 😊

Entspannung

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und in die Wohnung eingewiesen und Empfehlungen für Ausflüge gegeben.Die Wohnung ist top! Wohnküche sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, alles da was man braucht. Badezimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen . Da wir sehr schönes Wetter hatten , haben wir die Terasse viel genutzt. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ruhige und super ausgestattete Wohnung

Sehr nette Begrüßung. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Küche ist ein Traum. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Auch ins Zentrum um Essen zu gehen ist nicht weit. Trotzdem sehr ruhige Lage. Das Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, ist aber kein Problem. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Hervorragende Ferienwohnung

Für unsere kleine Familie mit einem Baby eine top Wohnung! Die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und um jede Kleinigkeit bemüht. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Insbesondere die Lage ist phänomenal, alle wichtigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten un die sprichwörtlich echte Ecke und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen und viel grün. Kann man jungen und sehr jungen Familien mit einem Baby empfehlen!

Besser ausgestattet als manche Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt nicht im Zentrum, aber es ist fußläufig erreichbar, genauso Edeka, Aldi und Kaufland sowie der Bahnhof. Sie ist komfortabel groß und es gibt eine kleine Terrasse, die allerdings an einer wenig befahrenen Straße liegt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Ruhepol

Viel Raum, hell und ruhig, mit allem, was man als Gast so braucht. Ideal fuer Reisende mit Kleinkind. Die kleine Terrasse bietet einen willkommenen Ruhepol nach einem anstrengenden Tag und Geschaefte des taeglichen Bedarfs sind trotz Ortsrandlage nicht weit.

Wir waren jetzt schon zum dritten Mal in dieser Wohnung. Sie ist einfach super, tolle Ausstattung, sauber, geräumig, die Küche echt genial. Schöne Ferienwohnung mit kleinen Markel

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Das Bad ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, was aber nicht unangenehm ist. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr sauber und durchdacht. Von der Wohnung aus kann man viele schöne Ziele anfahren und die zentrale Lage ist alles zeitnah erreichbar. Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe (Brötchen beim Bäcker sind sehr zu empfehlen). Wir hatten dort eine schöne Zeit.
