Nice cozy comfortable home near Riverpark Fresno hotspot. River Park has a large movie theater with several bars, restaurants and places to shop. It is also near Woodward Park which is one of the biggest parks in the area. This home is geared toward catering to travelers that want to getaway and stay in a cozy home. The place is one block from Fresno's main freeway and gateway to Yosemite. This freeway will also take you quickly to any location in Fresno. The living room has a 75 inch Smart television with electric recliners on the couch. Each room has it's on 40 in Smart TV as well as a working desk. The restroom has a sit-down tub with a heater and jets. The fourth room is an exercise room that can also be used as a bedroom with a blow-up mattress. Huge backyard with a small koi pond, a fire pit, ping pong table, cornhole game and badminton sets for great outdoor entertainment. The home has two driveways that can be locked with Gates for added security. The home also has home alarm and a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

I enjoy watching Netflix documentaries and reading about monumental locations. My favorite food is Mom's famous soup.
