DVD, sheets and telephone provided. Geothermal central heating. Private garden with terrace and outdoor furniture, parking on the property. Located 6km from Lusignan, midway between Futuroscope and the Marais Poitevin. Shared with gîte 994: games room (table tennis, bikes and French bowls) and large ground.
