Cosy 2-bedroom apartment for 4 people in the heart of the village.

Very cosy apartment, chalet atmosphere, on the ground floor of a house with 3 dwellings, facing south, the owners live on site.

Ideally located in a quiet alley a stone's throw from shops and entertainment facing the Aravis mountain range. Typical area, artisan potter, Augusta shop, in the centre of the village for a car-free holiday.
In summer you can take advantage of the terrace to have your meals or relax in the deckchairs.

400m from the leisure centre, swimming pool, tennis, mini golf, city stadium...
In winter, 600 m from the gondolas, 400 m from cross-country skiing, the biathlon stadium, the ice rink, the cinema and the nursery.
Ideal for families. Possibility of short stays out of season (minimum 3 nights).
Bike storage, ski locker, private parking.

Un cocon, cet appartement avec en bonus une charmante terrasse avec vue sur les montagnes. Tout y est parfait de la propreté, à l'aménagement, à la décoration...des propriétaires bienveillants, réactifs et de bons conseils touristiques! Le calme en plein coeur du village avec tout à proximité.Au Grand Bornand la montagne vous gagne vraiment!

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans l'hébergement proposé par Nicole. Il est très bien équipé, tout y est, et situé à deux pas des commerces. La décoration est soignée et Nicole est très accueillante et réactive. C'est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons.
