Nice location. Close enough to walk to the Main Street if you wanted to. Grocery store nearby. The house was clean and very confortable for the 4 of us but would even feel spacious if there were 6. The backyard was a nice bonus with the fire pit and comfortable outdoor seating.

Home is super cute! Backyard is amazing! Very chill! Loved that it was pet friendly and close to Main St. Host was very communicative and the check in process was easy. Thank you for allowing us to stay and enjoy your home!

My husband and I spent a few nights at this property for our anniversary and had a great time. It was clean, esthetically pleasing, close to downtown and the bed was comfy. It was also a pleasant surprise to find an HEB within walking distance. We enjoyed the hot tub but didn’t try the fire pit. We’d definitely stay here again.

My friends and I had a phenomenal experience with this house. The house was perfect, in a great location and just as described. The backyard was massive and we loved the hot tub. Blake was a stellar host, very kind and communicative. Check in & check out was so easy as well. I 100% will be back!!!

SUCH a cute house! Everything was so clean, adorable, and perfect for our girls trip! The walking distance to HEB and Main street was so close! The neighborhood felt pretty safe for 4 women walking, even at night! Only positive things to say about the house and host! Very fast communication as well! Would highly h ly recommend AND stay again! Thank you so much!

My husband and I as well as another couple spent 3 nights in Fredericksburg for our anniversary. Of course we love the town and are always looking for great places to stay. I can’t say enough about the comfort of this house. The bed was incredible from the comforter to the pillows and sheets. Everything was clean and we didn’t need to buy anything (except ingredients and firewood for s’mores!). We loved the outside area and appreciated tv’s in every room. Especially during football season! Blake, our host, was checking in regularly and was easy to communicate with. Thanks for a wonderful stay and we will be back!

Nice clean property in a great location. Great communication throughout our one night stay. This house was perfect for two couples because of the two king bedrooms and two full bathrooms and nice hang out areas both indoors and outside. Would definitely stay here again!

We didn’t use the hot tub or firepit but the king bed, especially pillows were great. Clean linens and dishes. Cute house in quiet neighborhood. Very close to Main Street and lots of great restaurants close by. Host was very responsive when we contacted him!
