About this property

🌊Dip Your Toes: Pet-Friendly Cottage w/ Intracoastal Access and Community Pool

We would like to introduce "Dip your Toes" to our fantastic inventory of Navarre Beach homes. This is a Seaside style cottage house, affordable for the large family or 2 families to enjoy all that Navarre Beach has to offer. This house is located on the western side of Navarre Beach on a sound front neighborhood called By the Sea.

The neighborhood has a beautiful large community pool and private access to the sound/intracoastal waterway. The house is about a 4-5 minute walk to the Gulf of Mexico and we are providing a wagon, 8 beach chairs, 4 umbrellas for our guests.

The house is a 3 story house with the ground level being the garage with parking for 2, and parking for 2 available on the driveways. Up the stairs is the main level of the house, with kitchen, dining room, living room, and a bedroom with king bed and on suite bathroom. There are various decks and porches on both levels of the home. The top level is the Master bedroom with king bed and on suite bathroom. Additionally in the Master Bedroom, the walk in closet is so large that we have converted the closet into a sleeping area with two beautiful built in queen bunk beds with TV - a small family can stay in that room alone! The final bedroom upstairs has 2 queen beds with on suite bathroom. The house is immaculately clean and a great affordable option for a fantastic Navarre Beach Getaway. As always, the decor is up to the high standards we require of our properties in our exclusive inventory of Gulf Coast Getaways. Book this with confidence!

Family trip

I loved the location of this beautiful house! There is a lot of space in the bedrooms and bathrooms, the couch is comfortable for relaxing. I really enjoyed having my coffee on the balcony. Just a few minutes walk to either the sound or the gulf was very nice. Having the beach chairs and umbrellas was nice! I would love to stay here again!

Christmas present

I rented this house for two weeks as a Christmas present for my sons, their wives and grown children and two great grandchildren.two weeks was to give ample time for all to arrange their schedules. However, all grandchildren were not able to visit. So it ended up being too much space and probably too long a stay. While we were there we had plenty of beds for everyone. The baths were spacious and very nice. The kitchen was well stocked with everything. The garages were nice and the assortment of beach tents, chairs ,tops and buggy were perfect abd used every day. I loved the gated community abd the private beech just down the street in the sound or bay side. The beaches at Navarre were easy to fine and very nice. We also found the federal protected beach with beautiful pavilions and restroom facilities nice and fairly close. Sadly out visit was almost over before we landed there. The beaches were well used but not so crowded that we couldn’t enjoy it. Overall my family’s stay was very enjoyable.

Perfect location

We were walking distance from the Gulf and the sound. We did rent a golf cart for the elderly with us though. The beds were very comfortable. The queen bunk beds in the master closet is a room in itself. There were hangers in the closet for use and dirty clothes baskets in the bathrooms. There were plenty of pillows, blankets and linens. It was great having a washer and dryer. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils and various sizes of pots and pans including a very large steam/ boiling pot. There was a regular coffee pot and one that takes k-cups. There were plenty of beach chairs for everyone and several easy to use umbrellas and a cart to carry it all. The house floors were very sandy when we got there. We were offered for someone to come take care of that but we decided not to bother with it. Service was excellent. The pool was small but adequate for the times we used it. It was aggravating to have to have a code to get in and out of the pool area and to get into the bathrooms, but that did not effect our enjoyment. We would definitely recommend this vacation home.

Great property

Unfortunately the ocean water was terrible but with the close proximity to the sound, my family and I were able to still have a great vacation. The house providing chairs and a wagon to the beach and sound was a huge plus. Very spacious home. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location for family vacation

I loved the location but there were strict rules about no noise and swimming after 10pm. The residents I met were friendly and welcoming. This house is nice but the kitchen utensils are minimal. We never were able to get the wifi to work so we were unable to use Netflix or other streaming devices. The cell service is not good as well. I asked a resident if he had trouble with wifi which he said he had fiber and no problems at all. This needs to be addressed. Other than that, the place was awesome! Loved the balconies! Pet friendly is a plus!

Beautiful place and location

It was a beautiful house and location. The Sound was down the street and the beach was just a short work. The house had most of what we needed, they just didn't have the wagon they said they would have. The thermostat on the main floor had some problems but they came pretty quickly to fix it. We had a great stay and it was wonderful!
