“Sea Shell Villa” Amazing Gulf Front Views! Pool, Tennis

Come relax and enjoy our beautiful waterfront end unit located within the Beachview community. Pool is not heated.
Main floor features Twin (2 beds) Guest Bedroom with an attached full bath. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, spacious open dining and living room floor plan.
Large flat screen tv, dining room has seating for six, bar area seats 3.
Upstairs features two large bedrooms, King Master Suite with private attached bathroom, walk-in shower, walkout balcony with views of the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, flat screen tv. Queen Guest bedroom has two comfortable queen beds, flat screen tv and attached full bathroom with tub/ shower combo.

3 bedrooms, 3 baths, Maximum Occupancy of 8.

Our gulf front patios over looks the white sands of Beachviews private community beach. Relaxing ocean salt-water, perfect for long walks on the beach or lounging with a favorite book. Children big and little will love searching for hermit crabs and collecting seashells. You can sit on the patio for a cool evening drink and enjoy the beautiful sunset and watch the dolphins swim with the tide and the sailboats move up and down the seashore.

Stairway chair lift available on each floor.

Pensacola Beach is just a short 15-minute drive away from the townhouse. Pack a picnic lunch and enjoy a day swimming and playing in the Gulf of Mexico. The main beach area has restrooms, picnic pavilions, and lifeguards on duty during the day.

There are plenty of activities for teens, families and couples. Local activities include: Swimming, fishing, moonlight strolls and summer concerts on Navarre Beach. The Naval Aviation Museum, dolphin cruises, turtle center,go-carting, putt putt golfing and don’t forget the Lighthouse Tour. Great golfing can be found just across the main land at Hidden Creek Golf course. Single car garage has refrigerator, 2-adult bikes, community grill area near tennis courts.

Our townhouse can accommodate three cars. One in garage to in driveway. Sorry no additional parking spaces are available. The Beachview Homeowners Association does not allow Motorhomes, jet skis or trailers of any kind to be parked within the community! Parking on the street or grass areas is prohibited.

This was our first time staying in Navarre and we absolute loved everything about it. The townhome was perfect with everything we needed. They had extra beach toys that my children loved and the kitchen had all the appliances and necessities that we needed. The beach access from this townhome can not be beat! Will def be looking to stay here again!

Spring Break!

After looking for multiple month at different locations and condos, I am super glad we found this one. It was great for having a child under the age of 1 that needed naps while the older kids wanted to be at the beach. It allowed either me or my fiancé to be one place or the other. The sandy area right outside the back door allowed the kids to play while we sat on the deck.

The townhouse had everything you needed from having great space to just relax and enjoy the beach. The rooms were huge and very comfortable. The view from the living room to the back deck and the master bedroom was amazing. Highly recommend this place. Having a community pool was a huge hit for my kids as well

It was a nice place just not as clean as I would hv liked!

In the upstairs guest bedroom there were water bottles under the beds. There was sand all over the kitchen table. Showers are kinda moldy. Something had been spilt all over 1 of the living room chairs. The downstairs glass door does not lock but they do have a pole to keep it shut. Floors felt dirty. It’s a great location though. It looks a little worse than the pictures on the internet.

The guest made us aware of the door lock which we addressed immediately on Easter Sunday. The home was thoroughly inspected prior to the guest arrival. With that said, we are very sorry that they had the other issues. We would have addressed them immediately if made aware. We always want to ensure the home is perfect and our guests have a perfect and relaxing stay.

Plenty of space and closest to the walkover to the beach. This is a public beach meaning anyone with access to crossover can place their beach chairs, umbrellas, blankets anywhere on beach. Had to wake early morning to put chairs in spot close to water to get good seat for the day.
