Bay-view patio is great for entertaining and includes dining for 8-10 people, couch seating for 6-8 people, fire pit, BBQ, bistro table for two, and a side patio with a couch, bar, and banquet. State of the art kitchen with top-notch, brand new appliances is perfect for any cook. HOA includes access to pool and jacuzzi, clubhouse, tennis courts, and many local parks.

Every single inch of unit was renovated in 2021 so it is truly brand new and we spared no expense in making everything high end, from appliances to the furniture. It's our family's special haven and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
