Great location to celebrate UChicago Graduation!

Check-in process was easy and house can easily accomodate famiky. Shawn, the property manager, was very nice and reached out to after check-in to ensure we had everything we needed.

Excellent!

We were very happy with our stay! We had a group of 12 teens and adults, and it's difficult to find properties for a group that size. We felt comfortable in the neighborhood, it was convenient to public transit, and hosts were responsive. I would stay here again and recommend this property to others.

The location is in a quiet neighborhood. House fit all of us, 10 total, with the use of air mattresses provided and couches. House could use a deep clean. Floors weren't very clean, vents and light fixtures were covered in dust. Host was very responsive when needed, especially when we had a water leak.

Lots of space!

The property has lots of space and a game room, ideal for a fun getaway with a large group. Close to bus stops and Metra station (different from metro station, we learned this the hard way). Walking distance from the U of Chicago.

Nice property, but…

Nice property in a good location close to everything but please take better care of it. It need a deep clean, to be painted properly, better beds and an equipped kitchen ie knifes and a skillet. Great potential but…..

C2E2 stay

Host was very responsive to questions and check-in/check-out instructions. Parking was easy on the street which was great. Careful on GPS directions - for some reason Google is a little off. Great for our groups C2E2 weekend. Needs a little upkeep due to what appears to have been a water leak from a drain on the 2nd floor and basement walls are showing signs of water infiltration. There is also a beeping noise we could not figure out what it was from. Suggest picking up additional flatware for meals even if it was used from a thrift store as 4-5 forks and spoons really isn’t enough.snack for our stay and coffe bar was great.

nice stay

It was a good location for our family to travel to museums in our short visit to Chicago. The outside grill wasn't used but the outdoor space appeared to be larger on listing. Still, the weather wouldn't have permitted outside lounging anyway so it all workedo out. Pots and pans offered weren't super helpful for our cooking and baking needs and there are not a lot of supplied spices, oils, etc. so plan on bringing your own cooking supplies. Very helpful and kind owner and communication. Easy home to access; felt safe and secure.

Quiet in the storm

Well renovated single family with 3 floors and plenty of space to separate. It’s one of the few places with a decent yard, outdoor grill and patio area. I only wish we had more down time to enjoy the space.

Nice retreat for our trip to Chicago!

We truly enjoyed our time in this little house... not sure what we were getting into, we took a chance and enjoyed the property for our family of 6. The management team was responsive - ran into a snaffo with access to the property, and they tried to fix it right away. Yes, it wasn't perfect, the but results were acceptable. Layout is good for a family just wanting to relax - space for just chilling, space for working (if needed) and a decent kitchen for food activities. Street parking was actually very easy and the location is convenient to everything we wanted to do playing in Chicago.

This home made downtown very accessible for our vacation adventures. We appreciated the hospitality of the hosts. They thought of everything. We enjoyed the fire pit area and the game room. Made for great family bonding.

Good family townhouse

Property was great space for kids to run around after a busy day downtown. It was a 10 - 20 minute car ride from everywhere we wanted to go in the city. Managers were wonderful to talk to - answered all questions fast.
