Come and enjoy your stay at one of Delray's most hidden short term rental gems. Located one block away from the bustling downtown scene of Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach, this home boasts many luxuries as seen in the photos ranging from a cozy and spacious first floor fully furnished along with a lovely kitchen. The second floor boasts two bedrooms with large beds that will ensure your most comfortable stay while you are in town. The home is 2 beds and 1.5 baths. Lastly, the backyard is magnificent with spacious turf where you can grill, chill or hang out on the lovely outdoor furniture couch or even host company and create future memories. Located right by the intracoastal and the beach, this hard to find property is truly a one of a kind. We truly look forward to hosting you !

There is one parking spot for our guests on the concrete pavement outside of the home (the gravel spot is not parking and is owned by the city, there is no parking on that)

There are no loud parties allowed, this property is intended for people who are quiet and respectful but want a beautiful place in an amazing location in Delray by the water.

Last minute and accommodating

This was a last minute reservation, booked just the day before. Because our travels only permitted we stay one night, we requested an early check-in. Host was so accommodating, even notified us when the unit was ready for entry. Cute, cozy and was within walking distance to everything. Was a wonderful stay.

Dave was great property manager updating us before we arrived, check in was a breeze - he checked on us to make sure we were happy and shared some tips on places to eat - some trendy and some local faves. The house is as pictured - garden is well cared for. The neighborhood is nice (some great houses - the intercoastal at the end of your street) and several walkers, joggers, every morning. We walked to and from the Ave at all times and were fine.
