The spacious apartment is on the ground floor and is fully equipped with modern fitted kitchen / dishwasher, living-dining room with TV and audio system, two bedrooms, a bathroom and terrace.
An additional bed is only possible with an extra bed. The lower bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet.
