Fantastic location. Easy on-street parking. Great communication. Looks just like the pictures. Unfortunately, we were there during Hurricane Isaias, so we were out of power for just over 24 hours meaning no hot water. It definitely caused frustration, yet not anything that could be done. Trees were down every where in the neighborhood. Sad. We spent some time in the hallway away from the windows since the entire apartment is surrounded by windows and the shutters were banging against them. Only thing I’d change would be the silverware. It looks like Dollar Store quality, and the spoons weren’t deep enough to hold cereal and milk too well. Plenty of coffee pods available. Strong shower pressure.

Great weekend getaway

Such a wonderful place to stay for a weekend trip! The house is beautiful, the suite is so cozy and clean. Absolutely somewhere that I would book again!

Wonderful stay!

Loved the property, clean and a good stay for a romantic getaway. Close to downtown which we really enjoyed. 10/10 would recommend.

Great stay

My wife and I were in Pensacola visiting her brother, who lives only 2 blocks from the Kelly House. Nanette was a great communicator and facilitated us extending our stay for two more nights. Room was very nice, location ideal. Would stay again.

Super cute! Loved it!

I stayed here by myself while my husband was traveling for business for a few days, and I felt perfectly comfortable and safe if this wonderful, historic home. Getting in and out, parking, location were all great. We'd love to go back!

Cozy, spacious, studio cottage like

This suite was perfect for my husband and I for a getaway. It was open, clean, spacious. with a historic feel without the historic smell. The room came with a microwave, a refrigerator with a small freezer, coffee,dishes and the bathroom toiletries.It also has an upstairs community balcony I did like the fact that in order to get into the house, you have to have a code and also a code for your suite .Though we did not have time to ride the bicycles. A walk around the block was nice. The food restaurants that they suggested in their binder was a great new experience.
