55-plus age restricted only. Second story walk -in level with golf course view and garage. Two master bedrooms with full laundry and fully equipped kitchen. Tennis, pickleball, heated pool with hot tub, lawn bowling, library, gym, art room, ping pong, wood shop, ceramics room and game room included. Close to RB Inn and RB winery. San Diego beaches and attractions 20-30 minutes away. Please be aware that this is a condo and you may hear neighbors at times.

Everything you could want

Chris clearly put a lot of thought into being a great host. Not only is the space comfortable and welcoming, but we were greeted with coffee, creamer, cookies, and some pantry staples. I would highly recommend this property. It was a dream stay!

In the Heart of it All

This bright, well decorated unit sits on the golf course, is around the corner from tennis/pickleball, a short on-site walk to the gym/pool/community center and close to the rest of the jewels of Rancho Bernardo. Host was very easy to work with and friendly.
