The bright and friendly Non smoking apartment has a living room with balcony, a bedroom, a bathroom with bath and shower and a fully equipped kitchen. You can reach the tram connection within an 8-minute walk, which will take you to the supermarket, beverage market, butcher's bakery, café and bank in 2 minutes or to the city center, the Anger, in another 8 minutes. From there you can continue in all directions. We, your landlords, live in the ground floor. Parking is available.
