Quiet respite from the cold

The lot size was quite large and provided a lot of privacy. Enjoyed watching the activity on the canal. Neighborhood was friendly, quiet, and very walkable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Wonderful stay. Accommodations and location were wonderful. We have been to Cape Coral several times and this was by far our best trip. We tried two new places Rumrunners and the Lobster lady. The kids fished from the dock at night and we loved the pool! Honestly hope to be back!

Fabulous Vacation

I am a bit of a neat freak and this place met my cleanliness expectations! It was plenty of room for two families of 4 to unwind and enjoy our vacation. Owners were very responsive, helpful and knowlagable about the area. We rented a boat for a few days and it was a great to be able to keep it at the house. Our vacation home away from home

The house was beautiful and very spacious for our large family, plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The pool was wonderful. The yard is so large and right up against the canal. My son fished from the dock every day. We had some problems with the AC, the owner was easily contacted and had someone there to fix it the very next morning. Kudos!! We will definitely stay here when we find ourselves back in the Cape!

Peaceful and pristine

We had an amazing family trip to Cape Paradise. The house and property were great. Fishing from the dock, relaxing by the pool, kayaking in the canal. House has everything you need to cook a wonderful meal, and the proximity to grocery stores and fish markets is just an added bonus. Would definitely recommend and we would love to stay again. Thanks for the memories.

Love this house and the view!

We had a fabulous week at this lovely home. It is spacious with comfortable furnitue and room to spread out. However, we spent all of our time on the lanai enjoying the water view and the pool. We never even turned on a tv. So relaxing!! The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable! We rented a boat for 3 days and it was easy to dock at the house and so much fun driving through the canals and out to the river! It was great having a large yard to take the dogs out. We would definitely stay here again!

Great experience

Great house on the canal. Wasn’t extremely lucky in the fishing dept behind the house but the kids had fun trying. Had a chance to experience a few beaches in the area, Bonita and Lovers Key are a must! Overall great week. No issues with the house exactly as described and fit all of our needs.

The property was great. Rick is a great guy. He had everything set up for my group when we arrived. He asked me what our goals for the trip were , and when we arrived everything was there to make our stay memorable. I suspect that he purchased kayaks and fishing gear especially for us, as I had told him that we enjoyed fishing. Marvin

Get a Way

Our trip was really nice. We drove down from Ohio to Cape Coral, Fla for a 7 day stay. The house was really nice and the pool was perfect to cool of in the 95 degree days. Rick was excellent with communication on the property and even has dropped off a basket full of brand new beach towels. The neighborhood was very quiet with almost no traffic. I'm guessing almost everyone there is a resident and is retired or works from home. Many great restaurants to choose from that are within 10 minutes or so.
