Authentic log cabin with three bedrooms and two baths on one level. Located just over a mile from the Great Smoky Mountain National Park entrance, with river access, internet, and free pool access at the Wild Laurel Golf Course, where you can also rent Ping golf clubs, as well as enjoy lunch and your favorite beverage. This mountain retreat is adjoined by a scenic horse farm and also offers a large flat grassy area, which is a perfect play area for children and adults alike. Enjoy the large private fire pit area adjacent to the cabin for roasting marshmallows, story-telling, and gathering of friends and family. Other amenities include a King Master Bedroom, electric fireplace, wireless internet, a fully equipped kitchen, and two full bathrooms with tub/shower combination. The two covered porches offer rockers on one side and two large porch swings on the other to take in the peaceful views or watch the kids enjoy an unforgettable Smoky Mountain vacation from your cabin. River access is located on property, just a short walk away, where you can swim, fish, tube, or skip rocks across the Little River.

The Perfect Spot

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It is our favorite. It is close to Cades Coves, yet a short easy drive to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. The setting is perfect for our family, especially the big yard and fire pit!

Once you drove through the bustle of the RV park and onto the dirt road it was all peaceful, complete with whippoorwills at night.

Smoky Mountain Vacation

This was a wonderful place to stay. The check in process was quick and easy. The cabin exuded the feeling of being in an actual cabin. The surrounding views were wonderful. There were horses, rabbits, and many birds to watch as we sat on the porches. The inside of the cabin was clean and had every thing necessary for a comfortable stay. The inside was a little bit smaller than the pictures portrayed. We would definitely stay there again.

Family get away in the Smokies

The property was really nice and very clean. It was quiet and plenty of room for my family of 6.The only thing that was not explained on the listing is that the swimming pool is 5.5 miles away so not convenient. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.
