The Space:
This beautiful apartment features a large kitchen that is fully stocked with basic cooking supplies and bakeware so preparing meals onsite will be a breeze. Sit back and relax on our luxurious furniture and watch the 55" smart TV. Our spacious master king suite features its own private bathroom with combination tub and shower. The classic queen room comfortably sleeps two and our sofa converts to a sleeper perfect for one additional guest! Guest Access:
Guests have access to the large parking lot as a first come, first serve, basis during their stay as well as full access to free street parking next to the apartment complex.

Other Things to Note:
We provide starter sets of basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. It will be the guest's responsibility to replace if any of these items run out during your stay. Generally there is plenty and this usually only impacts long term rentals.

Graduation/College Visit

This property was perfect for us to visit our son and attend his graduation. The apartment has all the things you expect and more! They accommodated our request for an early check in due to early flights. It will be our go to for future visits to Spokane!

Pleasant stay

This property worked out great for our group of 2 couples. The neighborhood is interesting but caused us no issue at all. The property is clean and well kept. Owners and check in/out processes were all great, would stay again.
