The Space:

The apartment is a renovated 3-room flat of approximately 38 m², with an outdoor walkway. It is located on the 1st floor of a residence close to the beach. The apartment includes: a master bedroom with wardrobe and 140 x 200 bed, a second bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed and a mezzanine bed 90 x 190, a cosy living room with flat-screen TV, a modern fully equipped kitchen, a renovated shower room, a dining area, an outdoor walkway and a peek of sea view. The ideal capacity is 5 people, particularly suited for a family with children. A sofa bed can be provided as an add-on, on request at the time of booking only.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment. The apartment is on the 1st floor. A large car park is located directly opposite the building, free of charge from September to June. Please do not slam the building entrance door, out of respect for the other residents. 😊

The apartment enjoys a fantastic location in Valras-Plage, just 50 m from the sea. You benefit from a quiet area while remaining close to the town centre, shops, restaurants, market, summer events and seaside activities. The location is ideal for a car-free holiday, with everything nearby.



Getting Around:

The beach is just a few steps away. Valras-Plage town centre, shops, restaurants and events are all within walking distance. A large car park opposite the residence makes parking easy, free from September to June. During the season, some parking areas may be regulated or paid depending on the period.



Other Things to Note:

A mandatory security deposit of €300 is required. The apartment is on the 1st floor. Ideal capacity: up to 5 people. The sofa bed is available as an add-on on request at the time of booking only. Please respect the peace and quiet of the residence, especially in the common areas. Included services: bed linen provided, beds made on arrival, welcome kit, end-of-stay cleaning, guest support throughout the stay, last-minute bookings available, partner perks with discounts up to 10%. Bath towels are available on request at an additional charge.

Baby equipment available as an optional extra: travel cot and high chair provided as a package for €15 per stay. The travel cot is provided with the standard mattress designed for this type of cot, not with an additional thick mattress. Baby bed linen is not provided.

Early check-in or late check-out: possible only subject to availability, with an extra charge of €40. Late arrival after 11:00 p.m.: €40 extra charge only if an in-person check-in is required. If the late arrival after 11:00 p.m.
