Welcome to The Tailgate Townhouse-Where friends meet to make memories! This spacious home is perfect for game day tailgating. It is directly next to campus & a short walk to bars/restaurants on the square. The 2500 sq/ft. home also has a pool table. We have an outdoor patio with furniture to enjoy grilling. Whether you`re here for Northwest events, golfing, Mozingo lake or just to enjoy Maryville, this house won`t disappoint. Great for if you’re in town for work with a group!

The Tailgate Townhouse is a two story space that has stainless steel appliances and modern concrete flooring on the first floor. The upstairs has 4 carpeted bedrooms along with a laundry area. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. This fully furnished townhome makes it easy to walk in and just enjoy yourself. There is both a Keurig and coffee pot along with any dishes, pots and pan, and grilling things that you might need.

There are 5 parking spots with this home with more street parking available.

We will not rent this space specifically for parties. This is a duplex and we just ask that you respect the neighbors.

Great place for our family. Clean property. Plenty of bath towels! We were given the wrong entry code but Lisa responded promptly. No bedside tables so we moved barstools upstairs for our CPAP machines. Blackstone was a nice surprise and worked great for fixing breakfast for all.

We absolutely loved this property. Owner was always available for questions. House was very nice and had all the amenities. Loved the pool table. Lots of space and very quiet. People upstairs couldnt hear people talking downstairs. Loved each bedroom had their own bathroom. Would highly recommend this rental!

Enjoyed our time and stay. Plenty of room for us and it was nice to have our own room w/bathroom. Downstairs and kitchen area was nic and very functional. I didn’t like the fact that the trash was kept in a storage room just inside the front door as it had not been taken out, creating a bad smell inside the condo. The lawn had not been cut on arrival and I did notice several spiders and cockroaches inside in the kitchen area. Needs to be sprayed to control the bugs.
