About this property
The 1905 - Spacious Downtown Farmhouse - 4bd/2ba
Built over 118 years ago, this historic farmhouse is full of character and quirks but has all of the modern amenities you could need. With spacious living and bedrooms, it's perfect for large families or group trips but cozy enough for a couples getaway.
The 1905 House has four bedrooms (2 - King, 2 - Queen) and two bathrooms, one the second floor (with a tub) and one on the main floor. On the main floor you’ll also find a spacious living room with a 55” TV, dining room that seats 8 and a cozy office. Off of the fully equipped kitchen you’ll have access to a washer and dryer. During the summer and fall months (and spring if you’re lucky) relax in one of our rockers on the front porch.
With the original woodwork, large windows that fill the room with natural light and personal touches, we hope you’ll find this space to be a cozy home away from home.
The 1905 House is located in the heart of Maryville, 3 blocks from downtown where you’ll find multiple bars, restaurants and activities such as axe throwing or shopping.
Other nearby places of interest include:
- Rose Hill Acres Event Center - 5 min walk / 2 min drive
- Black Pony Brewery - 6 min walk / 2 min drive
- Bearcat Stadium - 14 min walk / 3 min drive
- Mosaic Medical Center - 6 min drive
- Mozingo Lake - 13 min drive
