We offer a bright, modern and newly furnished apartment under the roof for two people. It has a high, open roof and fantastic mountain views of the Zugspitze with their new cable car !!
Gentle colors and reduced interior characterize the apartment. It is absolutely quiet and centrally located.
Swimming pool and sauna, spa gardens and Zugspitz station in the immediate vicinity.
The apartment has 38 square meters, a high, open living room under the gable and new kitchen.
All rooms have wooden or stone floors.
The bedroom in the cozy sloping roof is furnished with comfortable box spring beds and ideal for allergy sufferers.
The modern kitchen with quality appliances is fully equipped.
The living room has a nice dining area, a couch with reclining function and swivel TV with flat screen. Wi-Fi is available in the apartment.
The large west-facing balcony offers plenty of space and a magnificent view of the Zugspitze massif.
The bathroom with bathtub is equipped with shower and towels.
Bed linen and kitchen towels are of course available.
In the entrance area is a coat rack for jackets and clothing.
On atmospheric lighting great value is placed in the apartment.

Gerne empfehle ich das Apartment unumwunden weiter. Meine Tochter und ich haben uns in den 14 Tagen, die wir in Grainau verbracht haben, vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit der äußerst umsichtigen und sympathischen Frau Leismüller lief leicht und zügig in persona oder via WhatsApp. Ich freute mich sehr über die hübsche und sehr liebevolle Einrichtung, darüber dass wir die Wohnung blitzblank vorfanden und dass für mich als Hobbyköchin genügend hochwertige Töpfe, Pfannen, Messer, Reiben etc. vorhanden waren um etwas Leckeres zu kochen. Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf das Wettersteingebirge und die Zugspitze war großartig, ebenso die angenehm ruhige Lage, hier kann man getrost mit offenem Fenster schlafen.

Alles war perfekt und gemütlich hergerichtet! Die Wohnung war sehr,sehr gemütlich und picobello sauber. Es war alles vorhanden,was man in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist absolut perfekt, mit direktem Blick auf die Zuspitze. Die Kommunikation und Freundlichkeit der Vermieterin stellt man sich genauso vor. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Ein Appartement das keine Wünsche offen lässt

Das Appartement liegt in einer traumhaften Gegend und hat uns sehr überrascht. Die Unterkunft ist im Herzen von Grainau und macht alle erforderlichen Wege nur kurz. Die Ausstattung vom Appartement ist absolut ausreichend und lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Supernette Gastgeber, die jederzeit telefonisch für eventuelle Fragen zur Verfügung stehen und umgehend schnell und unkompliziert helfen findet man selten. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen. Tolle Unterkunft mit toller Aussicht

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung für 2 Personen. Sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche. Sehr gemütlich. Schönes Bad, in der Badewanne zu duschen ist etwas beengt, da die Wanne direkt an der Dachschräge ist, besser ist gleich zu baden. Wohnung ist unter dem Dach mit schönem Balkon mit Blick Richtung Zugspitze.

Tolle Unterkunft mit atemberaubenden Ausblick

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung die sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist. Wir haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen. Der einzige Nachteil ist die Badewanne/Dusche, da diese durch die Deckenschräge sehr niedrig ist, ist sie nicht unbedingt für Leute über 1,75 geeignet. Ansonsten alles wirklich klasse.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Der Ausblick auf das Bergmassiv war ein Highlight und man kommt vom Ort super zur Zugspitze oder zum Eibsee. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Tolle Wohnung

Alles super, allerdings hätten wir einige Ideen, die diesen tollen Style der Wohnung nicht beeinträchtigen würden, um z.B. Küchenhandtücher und einige Anziehsachen aufzuhängen. Ein Wäscheständer auf dem Balkon, um Wandersachen auszulüften, wäre auch schön. Und ... ein Duschvorhang entlang des Balkens würde auch den Style nicht schmälern. Aber man kann sich auch nach kurzer Orientierung so einfinden. Insgesamt tolle Wohnung mit liebevollen Details und weitläufig mit großem Balkon. Wir empfehlen es weiter und würden wiederkommen.

Schönes Apartment, in toller Lage

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist super sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Geräte, Pfannen und das Geschirr sind super hochwertig und sehr qualitativ. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Leismüller war 1a. Der Check-In und Check-Out Prozess waren absolut unkompliziert und gut organisiert. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut, diverse Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Balkon ist mit 90° zum Zugspitzmassiv ausgerichtet und bietet einen schönen Blick auf einen großenteil der Berge. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung

In der Wohnung findet man alles was man braucht. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und in einem guten Zustand. Die Wohbung ist gut gelegen in der Nähe des BZB Bahnhofs Grainau. So kann man auch gut per Bahn anreisen. Im Dorf direkt gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, aber innerhalb von 30 Minuten Fußweg findet man Supermärkte für einen größeren Einkauf. Für kleinere Besorgungen gibt es Läden im Dorf. Insgesamt gute, ruhige zentrale Lage der Ferieneohnung, die eine gute Ausstattung und Sauberkeit bietet.

süßes kleines Appartment

mitten in Grainau zwischen Zugspitze und Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Lage für Ausflüge optimal. kleines süßes Apartment mit allem, was man so braucht. Dachfenster direkt über dem Bett zum Sterne beobachten. Wir waren über Silvester dort und hatten vom Balkon einen idealen Blick über das Dorf und das Feuerwerk.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Zugspitzblick

Die Wohnung ist ideal für zwei Personen. Sehr angenehme Einrichtung mit Sofa und Eßtisch. Super ausgestattete Küche und hochwertiger Fernseher (Wer es braucht). Besonders toll ist der Balkon mit Liegestühlen und dem tollen Blick auf die Zugspitze. Das Zugspitzbad ist 200 meter entfernt und 500 Meter sind es zum Zugspitzbahnhof. Viele Restaurants in Fußreichweite.
