The Encanto Estate feels like home. Its decor boasts beautifully decorated bedrooms that are spacious and comfortable as well as a main living and kitchen area that are perfect for entertaining and unwinding. A unique wine room and a simply enchanting outdoor entertainment space round out this incredible home.

Encanto Estate features a large saltwater pebble tech pool with a tanning shelf. Sit back on your float and listen to the waterfall overflowing form the spa or watch the kids swim while you enjoy libations and conversation poolside. Stretch out on the cushioned loungers and take in some sun or roll out the umbrellas on those warmer days. Feel free to relax in our round spa where you can reminisce about the good times and create new ones. Take note of the beautiful gardens and plants located throughout the back yard as well as a large grapefruit tree and green natural grass. When you’re ready for more adventure head over to the large 4 hole putting green and practice your short game or grab the ping pong paddles for a little competitive action on the ping pong table under the covered patio. While there, grab a drink from the Tommy Bahama cooler to gear up for more fun on the side yard. This space is perfect for the ultimate bags tourney for your group and fun for all ages. Another feature of the side yard is the lovely, covered patio that features a weber gas grill and our intimate dining table for those outdoor meals. You can easily bring your cooking creations conveniently right out the side door just steps away from the chef’s kitchen. Our kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to prepare your holiday meal, Mom or Dad’s favorite recipes or whatever your heart desires. This kitchen is equipped with all the cooking utensils you have at home and more. There is ample glassware for wine sipping and a coffee station for your hydrating needs. This kitchen also features two large double ovens, a microwave, a dishwasher, double sink, large gas cooktop, pot filler above stove, refrigerator with ice and water, and plenty of prepping area for the most discerning chef. There is a large pantry stocked with all your basic essentials and other serving ware for your meals. The large island features 4 bar height seats to keep the chef company or simply enjoy a snack or beverage throughout the day. Parallel to the island is the main dining table ready for your dishes to be passed. Rounding out the kitchen area is also a large workspace where you can easily set your laptop for those remote workdays or just to answer any pressing correspondence.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the Pottery Barn inspired living room complete with large sectional and coffee table. Ample seating for the whole group and plenty of room for puzzles, board games, or watching the big game on the large Samsung TV. Enjoy light music and conversation by the fireplace or cozy up on the sectional and watch a movie.

When you’re ready to retire for the evening, you can’t go wrong with any of our beautifully decorated bedrooms designed with the guests’ well-being in mind. The King bedroom features luxury linens, large Samsung TV, ceiling fan, and private outdoor access to pool and spa. The En suite bathroom features a walk-in shower with seat, large bathtub and two separate sinks and plenty of storage. The large walk-in closet has two twin rollaway beds with linens for use by guests for any room placement. At the opposite end of the hall are two queen bedrooms. One queen bedroom features a beautiful black headboard and footboard with luxury linens, bench, chair and large closet. This bedroom also features an En-suite bathroom for privacy. Just across the hall is another queen bedroom featuring luxury linens, a large Samsung TV, bench, chair, closet and private entrance from the outside. This room has access to a full hallway bath located just step from the bedroom. The final bedroom has been furnished with two twin beds complete with luxury linens and a bench. This bedroom has access to the full hallway bath only steps away. A convenient laundry room is located off the hallway and also has access to the outdoor side yard.


On the other wing of the home is a unique wine room complete with sitting area, bar sink, and glassware. There is a half bathroom located down the hall and a door opening out into the 3-car garage. The driveway can also accommodate 3 cars forward facing.

House Supplies:
The home will be stocked with an initial supply of paper towels, wrapped kitchen sponge, dish soap, dishwasher pods, hand soap, trash bags, K-cups, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and bottled water. Also provided are common condiments, spices, spray oil (Pam), vegetable oil and spices.


Pool and Spa heat is available October - April for an extra charge of $100/a day** Pool heat to 86 degrees and Spa heat to 103. Please be advised Pool and Spa heat must be paid in full 48 hours before check in as it takes time for the pool to heat to 86 degrees. Please note: The pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time. *Effective for booking dates after 1/25/2023
