No groups of singles! No party!
Very nice, large villa with a large garden and views of the mountains of the Arrabida nature reserve. The property faces south, so you have sun from morning to evening.

Beautifully located near the Azeitao vineyards.
The historic center of Azeitao with many local shops, cafes and restaurants is only 2 km away. The supermarkets Continente (1.1 km), Lidl and Continental are easily accessible in approx. 1.6 km.
Several fantastic beaches (with and without waves) can be reached in just 15-20 minutes.
The Arrabida nature reserve is also very suitable for mountain bike tours and hikes.
A trip to Lisbon by car or by car and train or Uber is possible at any time within 35 - 40 minutes.
The beautiful town of Setubal, with many shops, bars and restaurant can be reached by car within 15 min.
From Setubal you can take the ferry to the wonderful beaches of Troia peninsula.

Excellent spacious home away from home!

Perfect for our family group of 10 to spread out, play games, read, swim or sunbathe. Many good restaurants with authentic Portuguese food around. Owner communication is excellent. We hope to return someday!!

The property is well located with weary access to all the main connections whether by road, bus or train. The owner was very responsive, kind and fair in the booking process and during our stay. Will stay again at this property!

Incredible house, nothing is missing. Everything is there to have a stress-free vacation. The house is well located, near stores, close to many games for children, and near restaurants. The owner, Kai, is very responsive and answers quickly on WhatsApp if there's a problem. I highly recommend this house, and it won’t be the last time we go there."

Beautiful Villa

Very well equipped. We were particularly impressed with the amount of toys and stuff to entertain the children. Unfortunately the restaurants and bars were too far out to walk to with the children. We made the most of the outside kitchen and had a lovely relaxing stay!

Beautiful villa in quiet residential neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa in Azeitão. The house had plenty of space and all the amenities we wanted for our group of 6. Everything (inside, outside, and pool area) was very clean and well maintained. Check-in and check-out process was simple and efficient. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, which was fine for us since we had a car. Grocery store was close by as well as some nice restaurants. Overall, we thought everything was perfect and would definitely stay again if we were ever in the area again.

Kai’s place is nice, well equipped, no AC or fans so worth noting this for peak summer visits. The heat was oppressive at times and doesn’t cool quickly in the evenings. Not much in the immediate vicinity for meals out or even a coffee. A car is necessary.

In the description of the house a car is recommended! There are a few restaurants and coffee bars in the immediate vicinity. Google maps can help to find them. AC was not advertised and normally not needed as it cools down to 20°C or below at night. We will provide fans in the future.

Excellent house

This house is perfect for family holidays in the area of Setubal. The house is located in a residential area, but with many supermarkets within a 3-5 min drive and short drive to the key places to visit in the area (Lisbon, Costa Caparica, Arrabida, Comporta…). The house is very well maintained, with furniture , textiles, kitchen supplies, etc in a good status and clean. The garden and pool are also spotless. As a plus, the house has many games / toys for small kids, which was great to keep them entertained. We will for sure recommend this house to any friend visiting the area, and we hope to come back ourselves :)

Endlich zusammen

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem Haus so genossen. Es war super sauber, sehr geräumig, mit vielen tollen Extras wie zum Beispiel Polospielzeug, Kühlbox, extra Kühlschrank, Außendusche, Bücher, Tischkicker usw. Die wöchentliche Reinigung war mega. Ein sehr guter Gastgeber mit vielen Extras und einer sehr guten Kommunikation. Vielen Dank! Silvia

Villa zum Relaxen

Das Mieten der Villa hatte reibungslos geklappt. Das Haus ist sehr gross, schöne Badezimmer und top ausgestattete Küche. Der Aussenbereich Pool und Garten war sehr gepflegt und lädt zum entspannen ein. Die Lage ist grundsätzlich gut, man hat direkt einen grossen Supermarkt vor Ort, jedoch wäre ein Auto von Vorteil. Ansonsten vielen Dank für alles Kai :-)

Villa fenomenal

La casa de Khai es perfecta para pasar unas vacaciones en la Arrabida. Estaba todo perfecto a la llegada, y la casa tiene absolutamente de todo. Muy cerca de un supermercado y de Vila Nogueira d’Azeitao. Los niños y mayores disfrutamos un montón de la piscina y de los desayunos, comidas y cenas en el porche. Recomendable 100%!!!

Very nice stay at 25 mn from Lisbon

We had a very pleasant stay with our family of 6 in Kai's house in Azeitão. Very beautiful semi-detached villa, perfectly equipped, with very nice volumes, and a large swimming pool that the kids loved. Access is convenient and secure. We were able to discover the magnificent beaches in the surroundings: the Praia do Ribeiro do Cavalo in Sesimbra (take a Taxi Boat from the port), the beach of Figueirinha near Setubal that we discovered by the mountain road of the Arrabida massif, and especially the wild beach of Troia which we reached by the ferry in Setubal. The house is ideal to enjoy the region. I recommend.

La villa correspond parfaitement bien à la description et aux photos. Elle est en parfait état et particulièrement bien entretenue et propre. Sa configuration est optimale pour une famille avec des enfants. Elle est très bien située, à faible distance des sites intéressant (mention particulière pour le marché au poisson de Setubal). Le propriétaire est très accessible (par messagerie) et l'équipe très réactive. Je recommande fortement cette location!

We spend a whole week at the villa with friends and family. Everything was perfect. The villa was clean and provided all the accomodations needed even for kids. The location is near everything, beach, restaurants, shopping and much more. The communication with the owner was perfect.
