In a pine forest, 46 m² apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, including another gite on the ground floor (19501) separated by a shed. It is composed as follows: - 1 living room/kitchen (sofa bed for 1 person) - 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140x190 cm - 1 Shower room - WC Possibility of accommodating an additional person in the sofa bed (50€/week) Heating is to be paid in addition: 50€/week Each cottage has its own entrance with circulation through the back of the house, without passing in front of the other. - Common gravelled terrace in front of the house of 400m² - Common garden of 1 hectare - Private covered terrace in front of the cottage - Garden furniture - Barbeque - Covered parking - Mountain view - Washing machine - Common tumble dryer - Dishwasher - Microwave - Freezer - Television in the living room and in the bedroom - Wi-Fi access A haven of peace in the heart of Alta Rocca, between mountains and sea
