On a 2,100 m² property, also including the owners' house near the gite, this detached 28 m² timber-framed house is composed as follows: - Living room/kitchen including a sofa bed (140x190 cm) - 1 bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed - Shower room/WC - 18 m² wooden terrace - Garden furniture - 2 deckchairs - Electric barbecue - Parking on the property - The property entrance (gate) is under video surveillance with video recording. The system will only be activated with the tenant's consent. The guest must indicate their agreement or refusal when signing the rental agreement. Non-smoking accommodation - Air conditioning in the living room - Washing machine - Dishwasher (10 place settings) - Oven/microwave combination - Freezer compartment - Television in the living room and bedroom - Wi-Fi - Hair dryer - Cleaning deposit (€60) if option not selected - Beach towels provided - Beds made upon arrival Air-conditioned wooden house in the Ajaccio hinterland
