It is composed as follows: Ground floor : - Living room including a 140x190cm convertible sofa - Kitchen - 1 bedroom with 1 bed in 140x190cm - Shower room / WC Upstairs : - 1 bedroom with 1 bed in 140x190cm Possibility of accommodating 2 additional people in the living room sofa : €50/week - Private garden of 900m² - Swimming pool (9x4m, 1,6m deep) shared with the owners, open from 31st of May to 04th of October, accessible from Monday to Friday until 8 p.m., secured by an audible alarm. Access to the swimming pool is only permitted to the persons specified in the rental contract. - 26m² terrace - Garden furniture - Relaxation furniture - BBQ - Car park - Washing machine - Dishwasher - Oven - Microwave - Freezer compartment - Television - Wi-Fi (Fiber) - Hair dryer - Towel dryer - A cleaning deposit of €70 will be requested if the cleaning option is not taken A beautiful stone house with unobstructed views, 10 km from the beach.
