La Centrale de l'Ile de Ré offers this charming house located in La Couarde-sur-Mer, accommodating up to 6 guests. Ideally situated in the heart of Île de Ré, the property is close to local shops, the market, and cycling paths, while being only a few minutes by bike from the beaches of La Couarde perfect for fully enjoying the island in a peaceful and authentic setting.



The house is comfortable and functional, featuring a welcoming living area with a lounge, dining space, and fully equipped open-plan kitchen, ideal for spending quality time with family or friends.



SINGLE-STORY HOUSE:

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (160x200 cm).

Bedroom 2: 1 sofa bed (140x200 cm) and 2 single beds (90x190 cm).

Living room: 1 convertible sofa bed.



The property also includes one bathroom and a separate toilet.



Outside, you can enjoy a pleasant outdoor space during sunny days. The house also benefits from a garage and a private driveway allowing secure parking for one car.
