Private Villa w/ nice sandy beach for Surf, Relax or Enjoy!

We have available a Beautiful Beachfront House totally furnished, have 2 Bedrooms and 1 Bath. 2 bed, unbelievable semi-private beach, beach patios, gardens, gated, direct access from the highway, private main gate, parking for 2 cars and much more!

Walking distance to our famous Wood Oven Kitchen " TrentaQuattro" and our wonderful and exciting wine bar " Var Brix34" local wines and local craft beers, live music band, and more than 10 surf points just walking!

We are located only 5 min. south of downtown Rosarito Beach Baja and 35 min. from San Diego California. But if you like play golf we have in north Real del mar only 15 min. driving and Bajamar only 35 min. south. Perfect climate year round 76 F, never need A/C & never snow here!

Our semi-private beach doesn't have any dangerous currents, pollution and dangerous holes, really safe and clean beach. Perfect beach for surf, snorkeling, diving, run or walk during the mornings, swimming, kayaking, paddle surf, fishing, read, relax or to take good tan.

Come to vacation in a beautiful beachfront villa & area, in the front of a semi-private beach for affordable price here in Baja California Mexico.

Perfect Place To Stay For A Rosarito Experience

This cute little house was awesome. It’s exactly what you want…close to the beach, just enough outside of town (10-15 minutes) so you don’t have to worry about noise or traffic. It’s gated too so you also don’t have to worry about your car or your stuff when you’re away. Has a nice little courtyard with covered benches to sit and watch the ocean, and steps leading to the beach. Not far from Ensenada or Puerto Nuevo. Also Make sure and go to Popotla…it’s bonkers in the bes possible way. The place was clean, good kitchen, washer and dryer and good hot shower! Host was communicative and nice. One small issue, listing says there’s a hot tub but I didn’t seem to see one anywhere! But it didn’t matter, the place was perfect for a nice stay in Baja!
