When our kids wanted an RV holiday and we weren't so sure, this was the perfect compromise. No need to fill, drain or connect anything, it's all set up and working perfectly. It's amazing how efficiently the tiny space is used. Four of us were pretty comfy in there. You can just about get cooking done although space is tight. AC/heating worked great. There's nothing in the immediate vicinity of the RV park, but it's a short drive to nearby towns with amenities, and it's convenient for Zion. We had a great stay here, lots of fun and amazing value!

This was a nice trailer. Remodeled well and the park is a very nice environment. Our first night was a bit rough because the AC wasn't on and the septic hadn't been pumped and gas backed up into the trailer. However, the owners were very responsive and took care of it before we returned the next evening.
We had a wonderful 5 day stay in Leeds visiting Zion National Park each day which was only 45 minutes away. We enjoyed staying in the well kept and well appointed camper that had everything we needed. Our host was very responsive to questions and in getting anything we needed. We had a terrific time. Thanks Kristen for an excellent stay.
It was a wonderful stay! I think I thought it would feel a little bit bigger in person but I was wrong. The pictures are accurate! I just set my expectations wrong from other RV’s I’ve seen in person. Very thankful for everything about this place! We had fun and felt safe and clean.
We all enjoyed staying in this RV. My son even wrote on some school homework that while camping, he prefers to stay in an RV after staying here! (Because he can do whatever he wants still). There are not a lot of restaurants in this small city but everything you may need is 20 mins away. We will book again if ever up that way. Thank you!
My teens couldn't fit on the table or futon beds, so my littles had to. They are really small/light (<50#), but they were uncomfortable without all the throw pillows to cushion them. And we were short a blanket. It's super cute and in a nice park, but it's really a 4 person sleep situation.
Really well cleaned up trailer. Had all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. Nothing felt lacking. Only one area for dogs but it was not a far walk. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Easy drive to st george and back. Totally would go again!
Our host was on top of everything. Accuracy and communication are the most crucial factors when staying at a VRBO. Our host exceeded our expectations. Thank you so, so much!
Trailer looks exactly like the pictures! Very clean and such a great place to stay! Zion and great restaurants are short drive away, Zion is about 30 minutes away. Easy to locate with the directions provided from Host. As two girls staying in the trailer we felt completely safe while staying here... we would get back to the camper late at night and never felt uneasy. Highly recommend and definitely will be back!
Renting a clean travel trailer, already set up in a clean and quiet park, is a great lodging alternative for a family the size of ours. It fits our budget better than renting multiple hotel room or a full house; and it is much easier, less stressful, and possibly more cost effective, than pulling our own trailer and finding and paying for a site.
This trailer, like the last one we rented from this host, was clean and well stocked. The kids loved playing the provided games and appreciated the complimentary popcorn. It is in a great location, not too far off the freeway, making it a great base camp for day trips to explore southern Utah.
We will likely stay here again next time we
