The Space:
Welcome to your Marco Island Vacation Paradise! 371 Capistrano is completely, professionally updated with all new coastal decor. Walking into the home you're met with a bright open floor plan looking out the wall of glass doors with views on the sparking pool and canal. Your open concept kitchen oversees the pool and canal as well as eating area. The primary bedroom has a King bed, lanai access, dual vanity sink, walk-in tile shower, and soaking tub. Your guest bedroom is also outfitted with a king bed and the third has two twin beds. Step onto the lanai to relax and enjoy the sunrise by the pool. We also offer bikes, kayaks, beach towels, beach chairs and more for the whole family to enjoy!! Location is central and steps away from Marco Towne Center, shops, shopping and more. Marco Island offers stellar restaurants, multiple boating and jet ski opportunities and, of course, the finest beach. The dock is available to tie up to but the lift requires a hold harmless and $25 / day fee.

Family vacation

The home is beautiful and convenient to shops and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked. The dock and pool were both big hits. The children loved swimming and fishing. Even saw live starfish by the dock.

Wonderful stay on Marco Island

Wonderfully updated home in great location. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping but far enough away to be peaceful. It looked very nice in the pictures and we always ask ourselves before we arrive at a new rental if it will be below expectations, meet expectations or exceed. This one was better than we imagined! Thank you for a wonderful month.

The home on Capistrano is extraordinary!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Staying at the home was a pleasure. We enjoyed its bright, new, and clean feel. Nice home for a family vacation

Home is pretty nice. We had 3 kids ages 8 to 12 and they had so much fun with the pool & kayaks. Place is close to beach access & scooter rental.

Spring break 2022

This was a great property for us for spring break. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and perfect for my husband and myself and 4 high school girls. We had a pool, kayaks, bikes. Close to shops and restaurants and beach. Kitchen was ideal for meals at home. Maurice and Hannah were east to work with and get in touch with. Would absolutely stay here again.
