This spacious unit has 2 bedrooms (a king size and twins) located on the first floor (2nd level). This level gives a beautiful view of the white sandy beach and blue gulf water for all the living area. Both the living room and master bedroom have access to the scenic view balcony through a regular walk-through doors for added safety.

Boardwalk is 1/2 mile east of Hwy 59, placing it in the heart of Gulf Shores, where all the festivals, like the Shrimp Festival and Hangout Music Festival, are held. Excellent restaurants, shops, and other entertainment are within walking distance. A Surf Style Marketplace conveniently located across the street to purchase groceries and beach supplies.

This unit was renovated in November 2010 with new cabinets, new appliances, and all floors covered in porcelain tile. The unit was totally re-painted in April 2019. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living room. Free Wi-Fi internet and Dish Network high-definition televisions.

Great beachfront condo with a pool and located a 1/2 mile from the Hangout and within walking distance of almost everything in Gulf Shores. Very clean, spacious with well supplied kitchen. Host was very receptive when messaged with questions. Will stay again when we are in Gulf Shores for sure!

We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. The kids were exhausted from the sun/beach the first day so we ended up going to the store and cooking at the condo for the night! It had everything we needed besides the food! The location was wonderful. It was great that the pool was right below the balcony. And you can't beat drinking coffee on the beach each morning! We will definitely be back again!!

This unit of Boardwalk was purchased by the family in August 2009. It provides a vacation place on the Gulf for our families living in North Alabama. We were attracted to it by its' cleanliness and beautiful decor as depicted by the photos. You will enjoy it also!
