Amazing apartment at the heart of Escalon, San Salvador

This apartment has such a clean & minimalist decoration that will make you feel good & zen. It has an amazing 180° view of the city & volcanos. It's perfect location is a short distance from supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, banks, coffee-bars, different convenience stores & plazas. Easy roads access to different directions in the country.

This is one of the best rental places in the city. Location & style has made it a favorite among our visitors. We are offering a very thorough extra cleaning! If you want to be away from the crowds then this is the place to be!

This property has been decorated in detail and thought in a special way. The decoration makes you feel good and has a good vibe. Really Zen and Cozy. Minimalist, simple & beautiful. Representing the white & fresh spaces with a mix of plants and wooden furniture. Everything inside this property is brand new & fully equipped, trying to offer to the max a very pleasant stay for all our guests to not miss home!. 70% of the stuff in our property was custom-made from local talented artisans that work wood & furniture. We love supporting locals, we get in return those beautiful pieces of delightful art & we get to share it with you! : )

Good location, terrible place.

We stayed here this past January, and were severely disappointed in not only the cleanliness but also the lack of care or acknowledgement when it was raised. The first night upon arriving one of our party spent 3 hours cleaning just the disgusting bathroom alone, was beyond moldy, full of scum and clogged with hair (which he unclogged so we wouldn’t be with out feet in a puddle). The most atrocious sight was blood on the back of one of the toilets, we could not believe this. The kitchen was sticky and fridge was leaking, floor was definitely not swept and sticky. The bedsheets were NOT washed in who knows HOW long we had to wash them before we got into bed, same with the towels. The couch also has an awful body odour smell which made it impossible to sit down and watch some TV. Not to mention the apartment had only one ac in one of the rooms and two fans one of which barely worked. The screens on the windows were torn and ripped it so it was impossible to even ventilate with having flies come in. The only pro was the host was easy to contact and check in was easy as well, location of course great, but this place should be shut down for health reasons.

Lovely Place to Enjoy View of the City!

We really enjoyed staying at this condominium fit for our family and our 2 friends, a couple. Spacious bedrooms, bathrooms and closets. The fourth bedroom is very small but has a bathroom, and for our teenage son was fine for a couple of days. We enjoyed how clean the unit was, the building security and the amazing view the most! We would stay here again and have recommended to our friends here in the states.
