Very quiet and safe location close to nature. Two minutes drive to the Indian River Waterway with a private dock and many seafood restaurants and pubs. Short distance to the open ocean and the Sebastian Inlet park. Short drive to beautiful Atlantic beaches.
High quality furniture in bedrooms, living room and dining space. Fully equipped kitchen space. Patio available.
Large spacious master bedroom with private bathroom and large wall closet. Second bedroom with private bathroom. Very spacious living room with large smart TV set. Comfortable elegant dining space with view to the garden. Amenities include stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker.
