It was a great stay! Super clean and perfect location. Peter was very communicative and his place fit our family of 6 perfectly. Will def stay here again.
Incredibly clean, comfortable and convenient to just about everything. Very walkable to restaurants & sightseeing. Fantastic communication throughout. 10/10 would stay here again.
Booking was very easy and the owner was very kind and easy to communicate with. Very well kept and in a great location, walking distance to Southie restaurants and the Broadway T stop for easy transportation throughout the city. Stayed with 7 people and everyone was able to stay comfortably. Great spot and would stay again!
This hist provided everything needed. Some extras that I found went above and beyond:1. Umbrellas 2. Plenty of toiletries 3. K Cups and creamer4. Extra bed if needed
This was a perfect spot for us to land, to spend a couple days in the city over school break. Extremely communicative host, very clean and tidy apartment in a quiet building on a quiet street.
This place worked out great for us on a weekend trip to Boston to visit family. Great location. Peter was an excellent communicator throughout. We really appreciated our morning walk to Whole Foods to get food for the day. The place was well stocked with cooking essentials and the bathroom shampoo/body wash was helpful since I forgot mine. Would stay here again!
Great location, easy to walk everywhere. Only thing I can suggest to future travelers is to read the street cleaning signs when you’re parking in the area.
The house was really nice. If you’re there on street cleaning days, and need to leave your car parked there in the afternoon, finding a parking spot is extremely difficult.
Overall, had a great stay in Boston! The hosts were friendly and were great with communication from the start. They were flexible with an early check-in which was a great added bonus. Kitchen and bathroom was stocked with everything we needed for the few days we were there. The unit was close to the restaurants and bars which made nightlife easier. Our favorite spot was Capo Restaurant. Would happily stay again!
Great location and excellent place to stay. It’s super clean and cozy and nicer than the pictures show. It’s also very close to the train, which made our trip to Fenway and museum of fine arts easy. Highly recommended.

It was a great experience. The place was exactly as described. There were four adults and two early teens. We fit perfectly! Parking was a bit challenging—it's street parking, and we had two cars—but not impossible! It was also great to have quick and clear communication with the owner. Thank you.
We recently stayed at Peter's Boston apartment for our kid's spring break. We were there looking at colleges and exploring such an amazing city. The apartment was in a fantastic location. We were just a few minute walk to the Red line and could be all over the city with no hassle. We could also walk to neighborhood restaurants with ease. The apartment was very clean and just perfect for our family of 4. Peter was an amazing host and very responsive to all of my questions. He also provided great suggestions for our trip. I would highly recommend Peter's Boston apartment. We would absolutely book again.
Family time with our daughter, sil, grandson who just graduated high school and granddaughter. Easy access to T station. Apartment looked recently renovated and very clean! Visited Aquarium, USS Constitution and museum, played mini golf at Putshack and baseball at Fenway Park. Would definitely rent again
My family loved the condo during our stay in Boston. The owner was very fast in responding to my questions, and the condo was well-appointed with soap and shower items, ample towels, and kitchen necessities. We got a lot of steps in each day, and the condo is within a five-minute walk from a subway station, microbrewery, doughnut/ pizza shop, and multiple restaurants. We had a great overall experience!

Why they chose this property
Known by locals simply as Southie, South Boston is a large neighborhood located just outside of downtown and borders the Seaport. This former blue-collar neighborhood has rapidly grown into the most sought after neighborhood for adults in their 20s and 30s due to the extremely popular restaurants, bars and nightlife.
South Boston has a lot more to offer than just that. Castle Island anchors a 3 mile stretch of South Boston beaches and is perfect for a lazy day on the beach or a scenic walk overlooking the Boston Harbor Islands. You’ll never get sick of the views from atop Thomas Park. This former revolutionary war monument sits high above the neighborhood and offers incredible views of the sunset and 4th of July fireworks.
