ENJOY YOUR MORNING overlooking the canal and intracoastal waterway from the sectional sofa on the deck or at the screened-in dining table.

DOCK YOUR BOAT for easy fishing, cruising and water sports.

ENTERTAIN THE KIDS for hours swimming, kayaking, fishing and crabbing from the dock.

GOLF-CART(rental) OR BIKE TO THE BEACH with chairs, umbrella, and toys provided.

THE LARGE WELL-EQUIPPED KITCHEN and open living space is set up to feed hungry tummies all day long. NEW stove and refrigerator!

Overall, our experience was great. Tate was super easy to communicate with, and the check-in/check-out process was great. The location is perfect on the canal, and it's easy to get to all of the restaurants, etc. We would stay in this home again and recommend to others!

Perfect spot for ICW access - house has all amenities needed and very comfortable. We brought boat up the ICW and towed a jetski - dock was convenient for qick water access. Stores and restaurants close. We would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house is in a perfect location on the sound, just a short walk to the beach. It is well appointed and comfortable so that you have everything you need for a relaxing beach week. Tate was also very responsive and easy to work with from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Ocean Isle Fourth of July

This home was perfect for our family vacation. Property was very clean, ideal bedroom/bathroom situation and well-furnished. Owners were very responsive, helpful and accommodating. We especially enjoyed the boat dock (since we brought our boat) and the views of the intracoastal waterway and from the back porches. Very pleased with this home and hope to return next year!

There's a porch for every time of the day. West facing screen porch for meals, front porch with rockers looks east and is shady most of the day. Open upper deck for afternoon sun or nightime star gazing.

End of Summer Getaway

Last minute family of ten getaway! This beautiful home had all the amenities and then some.... the record player and kayaks we're a huge hit!!!! The grandkids loved the golf cart, beach toys and watching the crabs off the dock. Highly recommend this beautiful home and gem of a beach. Thank you!
